MV-Jäähdytys Oy, Finland’s leading company for cooling and professional kitchen equipment and subsidiary of Nordic Climate Group, has acquired Talotekniikka Hile Oy in Hämeenlinna. The move will allow MV-Jäähdytys to increase its capacity in the region and improve access to service in heating and cooling for business and private customers.

Talotekniikka Hile is a well-established cooling technology firm in the Hämeenlinna region, with more than 40 years of experience. The company currently employs five persons and turnover amounts to approximately EUR 1.4 million. Talotekniikka Hile serves both private and commercial clients. Operations will continue in its current premises under the company’s own brand, and founder and CEO Toni Kankaanpää and the staff will continue in their roles.

“Talotekniikka Hile is a fantastic addition to our team. Through this acquisition, we’re gaining experienced people, and together we can strengthen local resources and improve our readiness for emergency calls in the Hämeenlinna area. The acquisition entered into force on April 30, 2025.
