If, after a first meeting, we mutually feel that an acquisition is interesting, we always analyse a number of key questions. How has the company reached its current position? Is leadership, sales, profitability, finances and the market stable, and what is the forecast for the coming years? Which technology and customer segments make up the company’s main market? Which other companies does Nordic Climate Group have in the same region? If the answers give a positive overall picture, it is time for a business proposal. This includes giving the acquired company’s owner the opportunity to become a shareholder in Nordic Climate Group. After all, we’ll be working together, so we believe ownership should be shared too.
