Service

A cooling and heating system is expected to always work. They do, but things can always happen that affect the function. External damage, added equipment, or user errors. Leakage of refrigerant means costs to refill the system, and if it’s climate-impacting F-gases, it affects the customer’s climate footprint. No matter how, what, or who changed the conditions, it needs to be fixed. All to avoid unnecessary and costly downtime or unnecessary energy costs.

Service agreements

A service agreement means your cooling company comes regularly and performs maintenance as specified in the agreement.

By working with preventive maintenance, unwanted downtime is avoided. Instead, service actions, part replacements, and more are planned in consultation with the customer.

If conditions change, if there are faults in the system, or if settings have been changed, energy consumption can become unnecessarily high – or the intended temperature is not maintained. That’s why operational optimization needs to be done regularly on-site or ideally with connected units that are monitored remotely. That way, deviations are detected immediately.

For urgent issues, emergency help is available. The form and cost of emergency service usually depend on how the service agreement has been set up.
