What we use personal data for

For us at Nordic Climate Group or any sub-processors to be able to provide our services to you, we need to process personal data. We process personal data for, among other things:

• Providing the products and services we deliver and managing our agreements with our customers.
• To install, configure, maintain, secure, develop, analyze, and deliver our services
• Sending out newsletters and sending relevant information to the right person regarding our services
• Documentation purposes
• Accounting and bookkeeping purposes
• Receiving recruitment applications

Legal basis for processing personal data

• The processing is necessary for purposes related to the interests of Nordic Climate Group AB, unless the data subject’s interests or fundamental rights and freedoms outweigh and require protection of personal data (balancing of interests). In the case of a balancing of interests, special requirements for documentation of the assessment made apply.

Third party

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties. However, personal data is processed, if necessary, with our service providers in connection with various assignments. In these cases, the individual concerned will be informed.

Data retention routines

We do not process personal data longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing.

You decide

You decide over your own personal data. That means you choose what data you want to provide. Note, however, that we need certain personal data to be able to provide our services to you.

You also have the right to request information about what personal data we process about you.
