All development moves forward. What we learned in school quickly becomes yesterday’s knowledge. And since the needs in our industry grow so quickly, we also train people from other industries to become certified refrigeration technicians. The transition to natural refrigerants, increased demand for energy efficiency, and more technical possibilities mean everyone needs to refresh their knowledge. To always be sure that technicians have the right skills, we created NCG Academy, our very own school. There we provide training with our own instructors who know what’s needed to meet customers’ future needs. Sometimes we’re far ahead technically, but better that than falling behind.
NCG Academy is based on companies in the group giving their employees continued education. Sometimes it’s done locally, sometimes students are brought together centrally to perform practical exercises. Wherever the training happens, it gives both knowledge and a network with other technicians within Nordic Climate Group. It’s not only fun, but it also gives a sense of security in being able to exchange experiences even after a training session. We are open to providing training in most areas, see current courses below, but we have one restriction. We only train employees within Nordic Climate Group. We want the best knowledge to stay with the best companies.
