Nordic Climate Group launched in the Netherlands
Nordic Climate Group is establishing itself in the Netherlands by acquiring Compair Airconditioning B.V., Capelle aan den IJssel, and T&S Klimaattechniek B.V., Woerden. These acquisitions are the first in the fifth market where Nordic Climate Group operates. Since its start in 2021, the group has grown to become the leading player in refrigeration installations focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. With the Dutch acquisitions, Nordic Climate Group becomes a significant player in northern Europe and intends to further strengthen its position by incorporating more companies.
Stockholm-based Frigotech joins Nordic Climate Group
Nordic Climate Group strengthens its position in Greater Stockholm through the acquisition of Frigotech, which focuses on commercial refrigeration. Frigotech has solid experience with CO2 solutions and will be a significant addition to the group, which is the Nordic region's leading player in energy-efficient and sustainable climate solutions.
Nordic Climate Group acquires Reftec in Trondheim
Nordic Climate Group is expanding in Norway by acquiring Reftec AS, headquartered in Trondheim. The acquisition also includes the subsidiary Rana Kulde, Mo i Rana.
Nordic Climate Group enters the offshore market through Nordfrost.
Nordic Climate Group acquires its third Danish company in a month and welcomes Nordfrost Køleservice in Esbjerg to the group. This acquisition not only increases opportunities in the Danish market but also within the offshore segment.

Nordic Climate Group Joins the Science Based Targets initiative
Nordic Climate Group is now accelerating its sustainability efforts by joining the global climate collaboration SBTi – Science Based Targets Initiative. This means that we commit to setting scientifically anchored goals, for the entire group, aimed at reducing our collective climate footprint. Our application to join the initiative was approved in April 2024.
Nordic Climate Group Acquires Another Buus Company
Nordic Climate Group is expanding in Denmark by acquiring Buus Køle-Service ApS. This follows their acquisitions in 2023 of both Buus Køleteknik and Buus Ice, all located in Mors, Jutland. With this acquisition, Nordic Climate Group strengthens its position in Northwest Jutland.
Åland-based HP Kyla & Värme is acquired by Nordic Climate Group
Nordic Climate Group gains an additional geographical presence through the acquisition of Åland-based HP Kyla & Värme AB in Mariehamn. The purchase also includes the subsidiary HP Klimatservice AB in Vagnhärad, Sweden. In addition to establishing a presence on Åland, this addition strengthens Nordic Climate Group's position in eastern Sweden.
Nordic Climate Group acquires HC-Systems
Finland's leading refrigeration company, MV-Jäähdytys Oy (MV), a subsidiary of Nordic Climate Group, is acquiring HC-Systems Oy (HC-Systems). This acquisition further strengthens the group's position in refrigeration, heating, and energy-efficient installations in Finland.
MV-Jäähdytys Oy and Kylmäkeskus Sami Oy have joined forces
MV-Jäähdytys Oy, Finland’s largest service and project company for cooling and professional kitchen equipment, has agreed on an acquisition with Kylmäkeskus Sami Oy. The acquisition will further strengthen the services of cooling and heating solutions in Finland.
