Nordic Climate group continue to to bring together strong local companies with a shared focus on energy efficiency and sustainable climate solutions, now through aquistion of the dutch company Coolserve with 35 employees, an annual growth of about 20% and a revenue of 7,5 milion Euro.

Coolserve is a leading regional player in the installation and service of climate control solutions. Based in Haaksbergen and Heerenveen, Coolserve strengthens NCG’s presence in the north and eastern regions of the Netherlands and contributes both technical expertise and strong local customer relationships.

Coolserve has around 35 employees and has experienced strong growth of approximately 20 percent annually since 2021. The current owners, Richard Wielinga and Remco Kruizenga, will remain with the company and continue to lead its development as before.

Coolserve was founded in 2004 and has built a strong reputation for its high industry standards and customized solutions in refrigeration and air conditioning. The company primarily operates as a subcontractor to larger installation firms and serves customers in office environments, industry, commercial properties, and semi-public sectors. It has demonstrated strong growth and currently generates annual revenues of approximately Euro 7,5 million.

Coolserve is a highly strategic and cultural addition to Nordic Climate Group. They have a strong local presence, deep technical expertise, and an entrepreneurial approach that aligns well with our vision. This acquisition gives us an even better position to support our customers in the eastern and northern part of the country,” says Erik Snijders, CEO Netherlands, Nordic Climate Group.

Remco Kruizinga on the decision to join the Nordic Climate Group: “What appealed to us about Nordic Climate Group is their practical mindset and long-term focus—both match how we work at Coolserve. It’s a partnership that respects our way of doing business while giving us access to knowledge and collaboration that strengthen our technical capabilities and support our commitment to sustainable solutions.”

“Joining Nordic Climate Group is a fantastic and logical step forward for Coolserve. The decentralized model fits perfectly with the way we work, and we’re really looking forward to working with the other companies in the group on national projects. With the support of a strong international platform, we can continue our growth while preserving our local focus and close customer relationships,” says Richard Wielinga.

The acquisition is part of Nordic Climate Group’s strategy to bring together strong local companies with a shared focus on energy efficiency and sustainable climate solutions.
